Overall, the hotel’s beauty, the view from the room, and the large, comfortable bed were highlights, yet the room was filthy with a lot of dust, and I still haven’t received the refund I was supposed to get back into my account after I paid in advance—two months later and still waiting.

The location was fine, but everything else was awful. The mandatory deposit felt like you had to spend $50 a day on candy. The room resembled a Soviet dorm, covered in bubble gum from the 18th century, and the bed kept moving—definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Location was acceptable, but the customer service was terrible. The bed was dirty, the staff were rude, and the shower was filthy—overall a very poor experience.

I had a confirmed, fully paid reservation, yet the hotel gave my room away without telling me, forcing me to scramble for other accommodation at the last minute. They offered no compensation for the stress and inconvenience, which is utterly unprofessional. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.
