I found it a truly wonderful spot, especially for the price‑for‑value ratio, which was simply insane! The bungalow sat right on the beach: as soon as you step out your feet are in the sand and the sea is right in front. The spot is spectacular, and treating yourself to a few relaxing moments by the sea is absolutely worth the stay. The only thing to keep in mind is that the property is fairly far from the town center, so at night you need a way to get around, especially if you want to go out after dinner even just for a walk along the promenade or to hit a bar. For us, that wasn’t a problem at all; in fact we were looking for a quiet, seaside place and we were thrilled with the choice. For the price we paid, finding such a beautiful bungalow practically on the beach was incredible. The lady running the place is super sweet and helpful! A stunning stay, with a 10‑point location and an unbeatable price‑for‑value. Highly recommended!

The house is beautiful, super quiet with the beach right in front. Watch the tide—when I was there you could swim from 13:30, earlier you had to go to other beaches. You definitely need a scooter if you want to get around for a drink after dinner. It’s a 45‑minute scooter ride from Lamai and Chaweng. Super recommended. Everything was perfect.

The location is superb. We stayed in the deluxe cottage with a sea view, and it was totally worth the small extra cost. The staff were great and helpful. Loved that it was a small property (around 4 rooms), so it never felt busy. The neighborhood and beach access were excellent. In short, great value for money, especially the sea‑view rooms. Highly recommended. Nothing worth mentioning.
