“Not at all satisfied”

I recently stayed at a hotel with an excellent location, but my initial experience was marred by a frustrating check-in process. At 12:30 am, I arrived to find the receptionist claiming there was no booking, and I had to wait for half an hour for confirmation, which was a bit of a challenge. Despite this hiccup, the hotel's prime location made up for it to some extent. However, the initial delay left a lasting impression.

“Staff”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some redeeming qualities and others that left much to be desired. While the location was fine, albeit a bit messy to access, and breakfast was not included in the room rate, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. Furthermore, the facilities seemed poorly revamped, with even the simplest amenities like a bathrobe hook missing.

“Nice hotel and courteous staff”

I recently stayed at a hotel that I found to be nice and had courteous staff, which made my stay pleasant.
