Other staff members were smiling and caring, making sure I could stay comfortably; the front desk staff were polite, so as long as I didn’t encounter that particular woman, everything was fine. Everyone was courteous and smiling. Honestly, the young front‑desk woman was mean! I was shocked to learn that after confirming my departure date and time for the international airport, the shuttle bus reservation hadn’t been booked. It felt mean, and indeed it was. Having that woman as the face of the front desk lowered the hotel’s overall impression and rating.

“Excellent Staff at the hotel front desk”

The staff were very helpful, giving directions and finding alternative transport options to places like Granby, and I really appreciated their effort and empathy. The location is ideal if you want to be close to the airport, and the hotel offers a free transfer every 30 minutes to and from the airport. The downside is that parking isn’t free; it costs 11 dollars a day, a fact that wasn’t mentioned in the booking details and caused disappointment for everyone who was surprised by the fee upon arrival.

“I wouldn’t recommend”

I liked the price. The staff don’t want to give me the receipt, the people at the front counter I talked to were rude and just brushed people off after we payed
