The room was beautiful, spacious, and had a huge bathroom; housekeeping cleaned daily while we were away, keeping it very clean; the big TV in the room was great, and sitting on the balcony gave a nice view of the volcano. Service was good and breakfast was delivered directly to the room. However, when we tried to take a bath, the hot water ran out before we could fill it halfway. The hotel was a bit far from everything, at least a 30‑minute walk to the restaurants over a steep hill, so we rented a bike for the week. The dogs next door barked a lot at night. Wi‑Fi and TV worked well all week, but on our last day both stopped working; the staff said they were working on restoring them.
