“As advertised. More than met our expectations.”
Excellent location near the city and the park. Helpful, friendly staff. The facility was very clean. As quiet as any similar hotel setting. The beds were comfortable. Good value compared to other Banff facilities.

The location to town was fine. The place was a bit dated and needs a refresh.

The hotel was fairly cheap for Banff, and the parking was right behind the building. However, it was located right at the village entrance and the walk to the center was a bit farther; there was no on‑site staff, only the neighboring hotel.
The room was very basic. There was no reception. You have to walk to the next‑door hotel to check in. The staff there were not very friendly.
