The hotel is close to the train station, shinkansen, taxis, and some shops and restaurants. Rooms are larger than other Japanese hotels. The lounge and facilities were nice, clean, and had good amenities. A male front‑desk staff member made us wait for lounge access even though we were hotel guests, and there was no limousine bus to/from Narita nearby. I also didn't like the partial shower door and tub design, as water easily sprayed and spilled onto the bathroom floor.

They said the hotel was going to be renovated, but I actually liked it just the way it was.

I was right on top of the Shinkansen station, which was super convenient.

The hotel is connected to the train station, which is great, but the breakfast was an extra cost and pricey.
