The view and kitchen are integrated nicely. However, there are no showers in the bathrooms, no air conditioning despite the hot weather, only one AC in the lower lounge, and insects are present because windows lack screens. The bed linens are dirty with blood spots that might be from insects.

Everything at this place is excellent; it feels like living on a tea farm with greenery everywhere. Mr. Najadi is very helpful and friendly, and it’s definitely worth the money. The area is a bit far from other attractions except Rize, and it would be better if all bedrooms had AC since only the living room has one.

The place is clean, new, and has three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a nice view. If the weather had been better on our first day, we would have enjoyed the balcony more; it rained on the last day and we still enjoyed the balcony. There’s no AC except in the lower lounge, only fans elsewhere, and insects because it’s in the middle of tea fields. The stairs have no railings, which could be a problem for small children.

It’s a beautiful spot with a stunning view over the tea plantations. Plenty of amenities like a washing machine and iron. The owner is very friendly and gives many tips, even arranging breakfast and BBQ for you.
