“Nie wieder dieses Hotel”

The rooms look exactly as on the pictures. ⭐ 1 out of 5 stars, absolutely no recommendation – very unfriendly and disappointing treatment of guests! I was truly disappointed. As someone with a lot of hotel experience, I definitely cannot recommend this place and won’t stay again. Check‑in was only at 14:00, while check‑out was required at 11:00. Normally, many hotels allow check‑out around 12:00. Even worse was how we were handled on the departure day. At 10:30 we were woken up and told we had to check out. That alone might have been understandable, but what happened next was completely unacceptable: even though we were still in the shower and didn’t need more than 10 minutes, the room key and power were disabled. We had no electricity and couldn’t shower warm in peace. My wife had just had her period the day before and was feeling unwell; in such a situation, some understanding or a few minutes of leniency would have been expected. No consideration was shown. The reception staff were also extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Moreover, they insist on paying in cash on site, which made the stay and departure even more unpleasant. I haven’t seen such an unfriendly reception and disrespectful guest treatment in Thailand for a long time. My advice: stay away from this hotel and look for another accommodation. This place is definitely not worth a recommendation, and I won’t stay here again.

I felt very comfortable during my stay; the hosts were friendly, helpful, and easy to reach at any time, and I was able to rent a bike on site without hassle. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place.
