The place was very peaceful.

“Mala experiencia en el checkin. Hotel bonito”

Very well located, just 5 minutes from Puigcerdà, Alp, and the Cerdanya aerodrome. The garden is very pretty, the pizzeria is tasty and cozy, and the room is comfortable. We didn’t try the restaurant, but it looks good. Breakfast was very complete in the dining area. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We had a bad experience with the lady who checked us in. She was rude and unpleasant, and it took an hour to get a guy from the pizzeria, Xavi, who was very pleasant and helpful. When we were taken to the room, she told us it was cold, that she had just turned on the heating, and that the radiator was off and we had to turn it on ourselves. The issue lasted almost an hour and she didn’t help at all, even spoke to us in a condescending tone. It was a shame because she made us skip the restaurant and left a bad impression. The bathtub curtain smelled very bad of dirt/moisture, and there was no bag in the toilet bin. These things might be minor if the welcome had been warm, but we’re not paying hostel prices to be treated like that.

“Habitación correcta. Calidad-precio buena.”

The room was comfortable and cozy, and the location was very good. When we arrived at 18:00 we had to ask for the heating to be turned on because the room was freezing. The shower is super small, the water flow is very low, and it stops quickly, leaving a puddle on the floor.

The staff were very friendly. The place is very quiet. The facilities are large and spacious, with very good taste in decoration. The views of the Cadí are impressive; we’ll repeat this.
