“Buono”
The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely kind and friendly. However, the entrance and corridors felt a bit monochrome, which seemed at odds with the lively, vibrant city of Florence.
The beds were comfortable, allergen information was available at the buffet, the room was spacious, and the breakfast buffet was nice.
“Sans plus”
The hotel is close to the train station, welcomes you warmly, and the room is comfortable with a small terrace. It feels a bit out of the way, the corridor and room décor lack character, and the breakfast is very European, less Italian than other hotels we stayed at.
The hotel has a good bed, mattress, and pillows for a good night's sleep. The shower is large and very comfortable. The breakfast matches a 4‑star quality. The staff are friendly and attentive. It is very close to Santa Novella station and you can walk to the city centre. The area around the hotel at night is a bit run‑down and it feels a little scary to go to the hotel.

The room was spacious, bright and clean, the breakfast was perfect, the staff were perfect, and the location was very good for me – eight minutes from Santa María Novella and a trams stop three minutes away that takes you straight to the airport. The only minor issue was that the room had a slight drain smell.
