Right in the centre, good parking, standard breakfast. I visited with a friend and unfortunately the staff lacked a pleasant atmosphere. The only exception was the gentlemen at reception; the rest of the employees hardly smiled, seemed stressed and absent, as if working on autopilot. I can’t tell if it’s due to overload, low wages, or simply a dislike of the job – as a guest I can’t assess that. This impression affected the overall mood of our stay. I like meeting people who seem relaxed and welcoming on holiday; a simple smile can do a lot, and here it was missing.

Location was great, and from the balcony you could see the most beautiful view of the springs. Parking on the hotel grounds was very convenient. The sauna was impeccably clean and rooms were tidied daily. Breakfasts were decent. The rooms felt a bit dated: worn carpet, old furniture, a bathtub instead of a shower, and poor soundproofing.
