The hotel’s location was convenient, close to the family we were visiting, as well as shops and eateries. No complaints.

The bathtub shower was so slippery that everyone in our party slipped violently and fell; I hit my shin hard, leaving three raised bruises that still hurt.

“Do not stay if you value your shins or want to shower safely.”

The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The bathtub in our room was so slick that my husband, my daughter and I all slipped several times, and I fell against the tub wall, bruising my shin badly and still in pain; the front‑desk woman was uncaring and offered no remedy. No mat was provided in the tub, and for three people to slip violently reveals a design flaw.

“Very bad experience for hotel you pay over $200 a night and get that bad experience”

It’s nice and new building. I don’t like the sum of the stuff they were there. They’re so rude and unprofessional They passed the frustration because they don’t have enough workers to the customers They did very good job on advertising the restaurant and bar there they pull you in and when you went to get something to eat or drink, they don’t have enough stuff working in there. One person was doing the bar and cooking and serving people at the same time. After waiting for her 20 minutes to place the order she told me they didn’t have one of the items on the menu. I call my wife and ask what else she can have and she pick another item and again after waiting 20 minutes, she told me that she doesn’t have that either. When I ask her, can you please tell me what items you don’t have on the menu so to save to go back-and-forth and every time wait 20 minutes for her to show up I can pick something that she have on the menu she told me that if I don’t like it, take your family and go to chipotle they’re open till 12:30. After I saw a lot of customers right there they’re frustrated. I just turned around and go away. I think the management need to do something about that because of the busy night of Saturday when the hotel it’s full of the customers they don’t have enough stuff to work on that station. It’s better to close the bar in the kitchen so they will run into last trouble. She can say that she’s sorry, and she cannot handle it all that stuff by herself, and I will understand that, but she cannot yell at me and tell me what I need to do and that I’m not the owner of the hotel so that she has to answer my question
