👍1 point for the camp’s beautiful setting, a lovely structure with a nice lounge with a fireplace and a great restaurant; 👍1 point for the comfortable tent, but the doors don’t close, so everyone can enter the tent during the day and at night! 👍1 point for the breakfast and dinner, very good, and thanks to Said the Egyptian who served us and was very kind; remember to tip after eating, he’ll be happy. 👎3 points for the jeep tour, a scam: he only took us to the bridge and returned straight to the camp, we didn’t see the sites like other tourists did; he showed us the sunset from our tent, so no sunset at all! He just wanted us to return early to the camp, we lost 80 JD on the tour, we’re demanding a refund, total nonsense. Plus the driver was smoking in the car, we were on the roof outside, but the wind blew the smoke into our heads; my wife is allergic and coughed! 👎4 points because during the jeep tour they stole 51 JD (62 euro), huge! The money was in my wallet and my bag was in the car! We think we know who the thief is but have no proof! It’s not right to steal during Ramadan; we’re demanding a refund for the stolen money. In short, I don’t recommend this camp! We were supposed to stay 3 nights but left after two because we feared thieves; we’re also demanding a refund of 10 JD for that night! If we don’t get a full refund of 140 JD we’ll file a police complaint! My brother works for the government in Amman and we’ll do everything to get you in jail! Stealing during Ramadan is harshly condemned by Jordanian law!

“Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt am schönsten Ort der Welt”

The place sits in a prime spot, giving every corner of the camp a breathtaking view of the mountains and desert. The staff welcomed us like family and fulfilled every request we had. The evening buffet was outstanding, featuring traditional dishes and fresh salads. The Jeep tours and camel excursions were fantastic!

We had an amazing time at Ayla Rum Luxury Camp - the staff were friendly and kind, and they even surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake and celebrations for my special day. The jeep tour was also incredible, and we felt like we were living a dream. Highly recommended!

Ayla Rum Luxury Camp exceeded my expectations in every way. The luxury tent was spotless, roomy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What really made my experience stand out, though, was the exceptional hospitality of Yahia, the manager - he went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic time.
