The location is inside the markets, everything is close on foot, clean and tidy, and the best part is the staff’s excellent service—especially Mr. Abu Khaled and his team, who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable; I was genuinely impressed by their kindness and professionalism. I have no further comments.

The hotel is good, but the bedding and pillows are old and need replacement. The linens and pillows are outdated and require change, and the bathrooms need more maintenance and cleaning.

The staff are friendly, but the room is too small and uncomfortable; the electric kettle was dirty, and the Wi‑Fi isn’t working.

The reception is helpful, but the furnishings aren’t clean enough.
