Comfortable bed – well‑equipped bathroom. Unfortunately the lack of responsiveness and the placement facing the containers! Passages at 4 am and 6 am every night!

“Great location but more suitable for younger people.”

We liked the location because it was convenient for buses, local bars and restaurants and walking into the center of Palma. We did not use any of the kitchen facilities. We didn't like the shared bathroom but we were lucky that the people we shared with kept it clean, as did we. The toiletries were good. On this occasion it was OK but personally would prefer an ensuite. As to our room, we would have liked two pillows and a blanket as one of the nights we were cold and used our towels over the sheet. There needed to have proper roller blinds to keep out the street lights at night. The seating chairs were not comfortable for us (70's) but might be fine for younger people.

Accommodation well placed, clean and matching the listing. The place was quite noisy, poorly insulated.

Nothing. I had a horrible experience. I would never return to this apartment. The accommodation was a real disappointment. The room looked like a true mess and the hygiene conditions left a lot to be desired. During the stay I had to dodge cockroaches, both alive and dead, in the common areas. Also, there were a huge number of mosquitoes, to the point that the stay became very unpleasant. The bathroom was shared and, to make matters worse, it was full of objects and belongings of other guests/tenants, giving a sense of absolute disorder and lack of hygiene. It did not seem like a bathroom prepared and equipped to receive new guests. One thing is booking a simple accommodation and another very different to find conditions of cleaning and hygiene that I consider unacceptable. The price is totally outrageous for what I found. The experience was really unpleasant.

Kind staff, practical water fountain, accommodation close to transport and the city. Too hot, even with the fan, it needs to be hotter inside than outside so not very practical for sleeping.
