Very good hotel near the airport with direct access to a shopping center, considered a safe area. Everything was fine.

The location was great, but when I arrived on time they didn't have my room ready, I had to wait, and even after I asked for a courtesy they still weren't ready, a terrible experience.

The area is safe and convenient, close to the airport, the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was great.
