Как гости оценивают отель, аспект за аспектом.

“Terrible”

I had no positives, only the staff was a problem.

The room was clean, the customer service was friendly, and the staff had a smile.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel didn't match the quality I usually book; it sits in a parking lot of stores, the online pictures are misleading, and the pool area wasn't clean enough to use.
