The location is pretty good, and it was surprising to find a hotel inside a business center. I asked for a ironing board and iron, and they brought it right away, but it would be nice if the board were cleaner and not in bad condition.

Very disappointing experience – definitely not recommended Unfortunately, my stay at Ostimpark Business Hotel was far from satisfactory. The rooms felt stuffy and poorly ventilated, making it quite uncomfortable to spend time inside. The bathrooms were another disappointment. There was no soap left, and apparently nobody had noticed or bothered to check. These are basic things that should never happen in a hotel. The breakfast was extremely simple and offered very little choice. On top of that, there was construction work going on inside the hotel, which made the whole stay even less pleasant. Overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained and neglected. For the price and the standard you would expect from a business hotel, this experience was simply not acceptable. I definitely would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. The place is in a great spot, and the price is solid. The breakfast is a highlight – the lady who cooks, along with a young woman who assists her, both belong to Dimond and will do anything to make sure you enjoy a lovely spread with plenty of choices. The room is spacious and clean, and housekeeping keeps it tidy. Coffee and tea are available 24/7, and the front desk staff are friendly. Parking is free, and if a wedding party is happening you’ll hear nice traditional music in the lobby.

There was absolutely nothing offered at breakfast and no one seemed to have stocked anything that day, while the cleaning and breakfast service were both poor.
