The hotel is very close to Karlovy Vary. However, there was an extra parking fee and a separate sauna wellness fee. The room could have more hanging options. In the bathroom, the soap dispenser was broken and not removed; the bathroom window paint was flaking off.

Breakfast was adequate but could be better. They offered juices and scrambled eggs. The evening meal was great, kudos to the chef. The room had no fridge, and the window cleanliness was unsatisfactory.

The accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The receptionist and restaurant staff were friendly, and the food—both dinner and breakfast—was perfect. I have nothing to criticize. I’d love to visit again 😊

Breakfast was very expensive for the price, but otherwise the accommodation was superb, very clean, the bed perfect, the location excellent, and the staff professional with a great approach. The receptionist was especially kind and pleasant; we’ll definitely return and recommend everyone. High quality.

The staff were super friendly. The food was tasty. The whirlpool was unfortunately cold.
