The location was convenient, close to the railway station and surrounded by many restaurants; getting to the city bus or an auto‑rickshaw to any destination was easy.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the staff didn't quite live up to the promise. They seemed a bit disinterested and not very helpful when I needed assistance.
