“Beautiful main hotel. Mattress awful, our bathroom door couldn’t even be shut. You had to hold it closed with your foot.”
It’s unique and beautiful; the colors, artwork, and décor feel like a one‑of‑a‑kind jewel box. The food was the worst I’ve ever had in OKC: they ran out of hamburgers, the farm‑raised salmon my daughter got tasted fishy, the only beef option—skirt steak—was fatty, tough, and slimy, and even my daughter couldn’t chew it enough to swallow it. The French fries were crispy, but nothing was served hot.

The hotel is an old house with more rooms built around it, charming with a big porch, classic architectural details, and whimsical decor curated by the owner. The only downside is the bathroom layout: we stayed in one of the rooms built around the old building, and the sink is outside the tub and toilet, with no door.

Everything was just about perfect: the staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was beautiful and always clean, and everything always smelled wonderful. The restaurant, bar, and patisserie were phenomenal—try the gourmet doughnuts. The only very small annoyance was the placement of the TV in our room.
