The access was perfect and the staff were extremely friendly. The view from the room was great, and I definitely want to come back.

“Ótima localização, bem próximo a estação Santa Lúcia.”

The comfort, breakfast, and location were excellent. I recommend it. We had a bit of trouble when we arrived because the entrance shown in the photos is deactivated; the main entrance is on the corridor and requires a short walk. The hotel isn’t accessible for people with mobility issues, with many stairs and corridors.

I like the location of this hotel; it’s two minutes from Santa Lucia station, in the district I prefer. The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast is great, with a wide choice of sweet and savory items.

It was very clean. We were on a honeymoon and were upgraded to a suite; the spacious room was amazing. The room faced the canal! The station was close, so after a long trip from Japan I was really relieved. The breakfast was delicious and impressive. The station is nearby, so it’s a bit noisy at night, but I slept with earplugs and had no problem.

“Highly recommend, and the staff are helpful.”

The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and within walking distance to everything, especially the airport bus stop. The property didn’t have an elevator to the very top rooms facing the canal, but that’s a minor inconvenience.
