The food at the bar is good, but the shower mixer kept failing—sometimes it was too hot, sometimes too cold—making the shower experience terrible.

I loved the hospitality and the little touches they offered, though the buffet food could use a slight improvement; overall it was fine.

The room was amazing and the service was outstanding—worth every penny, and I’d definitely book again.

The service was fantastic, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, everything was very clean, and the ALMA restaurant was superb. Breakfast was excellent, though I would suggest updating the breakfast menu.
