“Soggiorno splendido a Kona”
The location is great for all services and close to the airport, and the breakfast, even by the pool, is very good. Both the gym and the coin-operated laundry are very convenient. The regular pool and the saltwater pool are stunning. A small portion of the hotel was under renovation, but we were informed about this at the time of booking.

Everything was clean, beautiful, and within walking distance of everything. Nothing to complain about; I loved it there.

The place has a beautiful, convenient spot with easy access to Kona, and the pool staff were very friendly and polite. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations. We booked an Ocean View room, yet the balcony view was heavily blocked by another building, palm trees, and landscaping, giving only a partial ocean view. The property feels quite dated, and despite being marketed as a resort and charging a resort fee, it didn't feel like one. Service was especially disappointing: when we asked for drinking water while waiting for our room, we were told free water wasn't provided. The resort fee supposedly includes two bottles of water per day, but we never received more than two bottles during our stay. We also requested that unopened milk be refrigerated while we waited for our room, but they couldn't accommodate us, even though we had arrived early due to an approaching hurricane and were preparing for the storm. Finally, the extra parking charge on top of the resort fee made the overall value even more disappointing.
It was a nice and relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and courteous.
