“Very unhappy and disappointed customer”

When I arrived, rhere was a sign on the front desk that says Return in 15 minutes.I waited an HOUR and still NO FRONT DESK AGENT!! I PAID ONLINE, SO FULL PAYMENT WAS GIVEN UP FRONT!! AFTER 1 HR AND 15 MINUTES OF WAITING, I LEFT AND DIDN'T RETURN!! I PAID MONEY UP FRONT AND RECEIVED NO SERVICE AT ALL. See above

“Just here for 1 night enjoy the staff”

The room was clean, but there was a noticeable mildew smell that lingered throughout the stay.
