Location, Cleanliness, roomy. There was only 3 of us and got to experience the Japanese floor setting (tatami mats) and the low table and chairs which was cool. Wifi was available so this was cool. No elevator so we had to haul our luggage's up (they do provide a tool to help bring it up the stairs) but we still managed ( Single mom with 2 teenage kids thankfully). We end up storing it on the storage area which we are thankful they have

It is very spacious for a group of 4 or more, you get to experience a little bit of sleeping on tatami mats and it is very comfortable. Provided a very detail book with set of instructions and labels to what each remote and console does and what to press. Nearest laundromat is a 3 minute walk with various konbinis to and from the closest station, Tawaramachi Station. Lack of basic amenities/equipment such as sponges to wash your dishes, cups. Stairs may be troublesome for some people but shouldn’t be an issue or a negative for most people. A trolley is provided to carry your luggage to your rooms, not much of a negative. Closest station is Tawaramachi Station, a 10 minute walk, but not too much of a negative
