“Комфортен хотел”
The parking lot was large enough for all the hotel guests, and the staff were competent and professional, leaving a good impression at both the reception and the restaurant. The food was tasty, and the breakfast offered plenty of choices; the restaurant even has a kids’ menu with good prices and good food. The rooms were spacious, with soft and pleasant interior colours. The terraces were big and well separated by a brick wall. Overall, the hotel’s layout is functional, comfortable, and spacious. The location is at the start of the city, a minute from the promenade along the wall, which makes for pleasant walks—take a scooter, skateboard, or bike, whatever your kids use, the promenade is great. The only real downside was that the children’s playground needs refreshing. The outdoor pool isn’t working, and the indoor pool is under renovation—tiles are starting to fall off. It’s probably closed for now, but I expect it to open later. The only real negative was that the restaurant terrace is under the rooms; one night we endured a noisy group until 1.00 a.m., and the next morning a shouting child at 7.15 a.m. The lighting in the rooms is very weak, and it would be nice to have a blanket over the beds so you can relax after a walk without lying directly on the sheets. The sidewalk in front of the hotel isn’t well lit and hasn’t been swept of debris.

Everything was pleasant, but there weren’t enough tables outside and we weren’t told that a reservation was needed, even though we were hotel guests, which should have been anticipated.

The hotel was spotless and had just been renovated, and the breakfast selection was solid. The road to the hotel was under construction, but the site didn't warn us about that. The pool felt too small and was packed with guests. The bathrooms were clean, but they weren’t comfortable for people with disabilities.
The place has great facilities, but I was caught off guard by the construction. Nobody warned me that the property was being worked on, and the directions were vague. The gravel road to get in was a hassle.
