Francesca was amazing! She arranged taxis for our local trips and a private driver for two longer excursions. She also booked a Balsamic Vinegar tour with lunch! Her customer service surpassed all expectations. The location is fantastic—just steps from the Duomo and surrounded by shops and restaurants, with about 30 eateries within a five‑minute walk. The welcome snacks and fruit bowl in the room upon arrival were much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

The Senape room was very beautiful and meticulously detailed. The fridge came with water and complimentary Lambrusco, and there was a coffee machine and tea pods. Francesca, the host, was very helpful even on the departure day, allowing us to leave our luggage at the B&B. The breakfast at the affiliated Bensone was excellent, featuring homemade products. The location is excellent, close to the Duomo.
