“No garantizan la reserva, mal servicio”
They claim the reservation was not made considering the app and raised the price much higher than what is shown in the app.

I liked it—quiet place, good facilities inside the hotel, value for money. Too many homeless people at night made me feel unsafe, so I couldn’t wander around the park.

The service and treatment of guests were great.
The receptionist had a bad attitude; even with a reservation, they still didn’t have a room ready.
It was close to Estadio Américo, but being in the city center made it feel less safe.
