The staff responded quickly when needed, the room was spacious, and cleaning was done on request. The bathroom did not match the photo; when I asked, the staff said the photo was of a family room, so why did they put that image in the room description? The bathroom had a broken shower head, and the hotel didn’t check the room before handing it over, only fixing it after I reported it. The room also had a strong, unpleasant odor.
“Didn't stay cos of bad odour”
The location was good, but the room smelled bad and there was no window, so I had to cancel.
It’s close to the city centre, the bus station and the hospital with handy amenities, yet there were many extra fees that felt unreasonable and annoying.
