“We had a Great time”
A classic motel with a nice style, close to the beach and boardwalk, and the pool was very nice. The staff were wonderful, though there might be mold on the bathroom ceiling.

The spot is great, but a few more updates and discounts would make it even better.

The staff were incredibly hardworking and friendly, always ready to help, though the place feels a bit dated; maintenance keeps everything in good shape and the cleanliness scores a perfect 10. The pool is very relaxing with plenty of space, and the grills let you barbecue, which is a real money‑saver if you’re traveling with kids and want to cut dining costs. At times the room got a bit warm and the AC shut off automatically, probably due to the hot weather and energy surges, but overall the sleep was comfortable. The bathrooms are dated, the ceiling exhaust fan is noisy and couldn’t be fixed, and they told us it was the same in most rooms.

It’s close to the beach, but the AC unit is loud.

The view was beautiful and the property was quiet with friendly guests; the lady at the front desk was very helpful. However, the floors were filthy—bare feet were a no‑go, and the white socks looked black on the bottom. The beds were rock hard, and the blankets were just sheets; when we asked for blankets the staff questioned where the other two were, even though we booked for five people and only had two blankets. The paint on the ceiling and walls was peeling, the toilet paper was thin, the fridge wasn’t cold enough while the freezer was too cold, and the parking spots were extremely small. The pool closed at 8 pm and didn’t open until 9 am, and a sign in the lobby said you couldn’t play your own music there. Smoking was banned on the property, so we had to smoke on the street. I felt the room was overpriced. The rules were a bit much. Another lady at the hotel mentioned that the front office told her that her friend couldn’t knock on the door to come get her for a night out because guests weren’t allowed on the property at all. The curtain on the front windows wouldn’t close all the way, so you could see straight into the living room, which also served as the bedroom. The deadbolt on the door was so old that you had to pull down on the door handle to lock it.
