The reception told me the reservation was made in my name, then asked me to cancel it on the website and agreed to book directly, but the room they offered was a prison‑like space with no ventilation; I don’t know if that’s because I’m Arab.
The rooms look completely different from the photos, and the breakfast is subpar.
