La casa di Chloe

“Il mio soggiorno in questa struttura è stata rilassante, sicura e accogliente.”

The property has everything needed for a good stay. I liked that I could enter and exit the apartment without keys. The bed is comfortable, and the painting above it is very nice and inspiring. The bathroom features purple cabinets that look great and are functional and complete. It’s in an excellent location where everything is within walking distance, yet it’s in a quiet area.

Communication was simple and very effective! The apartment is organized and welcoming. The shower had a bit of moisture and black on the edges.

“Close to train station”

I stayed for a week and the only downside was that there was no hot water for 24 hours, so the showers were freezing and the technician couldn't resolve it. The toilet seat was broken, there were no quilts or blankets even though it got colder at night, only a sheet was provided. Pillows were terrible, and there were no tea towels, garbage bags, or pans to cook. Also, the hotel had three buildings with the same number, which was confusing; I had to ask a passerby for help to find the right one.

The cleanliness was poor, a mop was left in the bathroom, and the shower left a lot to be desired.

I don’t recommend it! Right after arriving around midnight, I found the apartment dirty, the shower clogged and unusable. The main door handle fell off, windows couldn’t be closed, and the apartment is on the ground floor. The kitchen equipment was in terrible condition. The iron caused a short and blew out the plugs. The bed in the second room was missing a leg. I reported all these problems immediately, but they were never fixed during my stay. I have not received any compensation or partial refund so far.
