Poetic Riverside Villa - Steps to Hoi An Night Market

“Relaxing and calming environment, in a convenient location.”

The location was convenient and VERY quiet in the mornings. Things livened up once the night market opened but it was still mostly peaceful. The views from the first floor rooms were excellent. We had to wait around a bit for staff to collect money and there was an issue with the key pads running out of battery, thereby getting locked out of our room for a while. However, we were given a slight discount for our trouble

Location, spacious, away from hustle & bustle but not too far away. There was nothing we didn’t like

The owner and staff were very helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable, but the location was a let‑down. The area is a local residential zone where loud karaoke starts at 10 am and runs all day, though it’s not late at night. The river outside the property is heavily polluted, yet it’s only a few steps from the night market.

The room was gorgeous, and we met the owner before checking in because we had to leave our luggage early; he was a sweetheart♥️. The property’s location was ideal, right next to the night market. We also liked that the kitchen was fully stocked with every cookware and gadget needed to cook meals in the room. Everything else was nice.
