The location was great, the facilities were solid, and the price was reasonable. The kids’ dinner selection was impressive and varied. The music added to the atmosphere. However, the restaurant queue was poorly organized; ordering required a separate line, and some guests were booked while others were not, yet all were in the same line.

Great hotel with a lot to offer. Noisy air conditioner type in the room. Breakfast was poor for 3 of the four days we were there. Breakfast we had was at 7.30am and the bacon was not freshly cooked

The venue was great, and there was nothing to complain about.

Everything worked perfectly: the beds were fabulous and comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and the AC was easy to use. Every floor had water stations for bottle refills, and I could brew tea or coffee right in my room. The hotel offered many facilities, a shop, a bar, food, coffee, and a lovely breakfast.
