The hotel sits right in the city center and the room itself is pretty nice.

I was on my way to the hotel when I got a message that my booking had been cancelled because a system error prevented the room from being locked on the check‑in day; I tried calling the listed phone number, tried the Zalo number, and sent messages via both channels, but received no response.
