1. Lack of sound insulation inside; even water running from a faucet in the adjacent room can be heard. 2. The host didn’t react quickly enough when guests made noise at 1 a.m.; a group of 5‑6 people from Cluj behaved as if the whole house was theirs, even in the shared kitchen where they cooked all day, brought a bag of potatoes, didn’t close the kitchen door, so the smell of sausages and other delicacies filled the house. 3. Missing bathroom items mentioned; only towels, toilet paper and a liquid soap were available. 4. Lack of maintenance; the sink tap and shower head were defective, showing wear that needs fixing. 5. No shower‑cabinet holders; anything you use for washing must be placed on the floor or outside the shower. 6. No hair dryer. 7. Carpeted stairs keep slipping when walked on, not properly secured; they could even slip with the protective covers. 8. Rooms are sterile and minimally equipped; no bike rack, chair, mirror, board, etc. 9. A surveillance camera directly on the balcony is totally inappropriate. 10. No divider on the shared balcony with another room.
