I had a disappointing stay due to a 25-minute wait at check-in, a missing TV remote in my room, and an uncontrollable hot room temperature.

Proximité de la gare de Romanel, le réceptioniste etait la quand je suis arrivé à 22h15. Accueil très sympa. Il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre mais je n'ai pas regardé pour baisser le chauffage. Comme j'etais bien fatigué , je me suis endormi très vite

I was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful location of this establishment, and my room boasted a spacious bathroom with a shower, as well as a generously sized bed. However, my experience was marred by the front desk's perpetual unattendance, forcing me to inquire at the adjacent restaurant, where staff eventually summoned someone to attend to me, albeit only communicating in French. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain a printed copy of my stay confirmation, as it was only available via email. Furthermore, room service was nonexistent on weekends, and the aroma from the pizzeria wafted up into the hallway, reaching the guest rooms.

Breakfast was not an option; restaurant closed on Sunday. Location was very good for my purposes. 1. I could not get the TV to operate. 2. The toilet seat really needs some DIY/TLC!

I had a good experience with the hotel's restaurant and pizzeria, but was disappointed that breakfast wasn't available and my room was too hot, although there was a nearby bakery.
