“Confortável”
The location was great, the coffee was good and the service was very friendly, though the Wi‑Fi was a bit slow.

The staff were welcoming, but the pillow was unsatisfactory.

Everything was almost perfect: the coffee was excellent, the staff were polite, and everything was spotless. I didn’t have any complaints.

Breakfast was fine, parking was fine, the minibar was fine. However, there was no elevator, the room was not cleaned properly, the shower leaked, the towels and sheets were low quality, and there were few power outlets.

The bath towels and bed linens were old, there was no face towel, the floor was dirty, and the counter was dirty.
