When the receptionist was told we could not climb stairs, she informed the manager who went to a lot of trouble to organisea down stairs room for us. Much appreciated. X

The hotel staff were great and parking is free, but the bathroom is small and there’s no wardrobe space for clothes, which is fine if you’re only staying overnight.

The place is very well located, just a 20‑minute walk to the center, free parking, and the breakfast is very good; the modular bathroom is small, the room is tight, and we were on the second floor accessed by stairs.

All the staff (reception, bar and cleaners) are the friendliest people, nothing’s too much for them. The rooms are very clean. The location and being right next to the dock is lovely and the free parking is a great bonus. The only minus is the shower is very small
