“I can't say I will ever want to schedule with Hilton”

I did stay, I tried to cancel after finding out it wasn't in the state I was trying to go to. scheduled us for a trip to Louisiana when we were trying to get to Wisconsin. I put Wisconsin in the search but set us up in the wrong state. No where on the confirmation did it refer to the state so I got duped. Then when I emailed Hilton, I got no reply. But I did get all of these emails asking how my stay was. 400+ dollars out of my pocket and a canceled trip to see my family is what my experience was. I am not happy and plan to avoid both companies since this is how you roll. I would have understood had someone reached out and said anything. These emails asking me how my stay was show me you aren't even aware there was a problem although I sent several emails and made several phone calls to you. I am not a happy customer. Seriously? Respond to my attempts to reach out. Refund my money. Put a state on your confirmation email

“It was very comfortable”

It was quiet, but the signage was confusing and parking lighting was inadequate.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent—nothing to complain about.
