“An excellent Hotel, I'll definitely be back.”
My room was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable; the air‑con worked efficiently. The shower was good, there were plenty of towels, even facecloths, and an impressive selection of toiletries, including toothpaste and a toothbrush. Being close to the train station made it ideal for travelers. I had no complaints; I was extremely satisfied.

The staff were friendly, the room cozy, the bathroom pretty, and the location at the main station was convenient. The room was very cramped, there were stains on the floor, old coffee stains on the cups, and the bathroom drain smelled bad. The proximity to the main station was also a drawback because the area around the hotel smelled of urine.
Easy to get to even with our luggage from Eurostar. Welcoming and friendly clean, comfortable. Would definitely use it again. A few minutes walk to the Grand Palace. The walk way next to the railway line it stinks but if you stick to the pavement you will be ok. Not the hotels fault. Anyone walking to the Grand palace have to walk by it
Located just outside Brussels main station, it was comfortable and surprisingly quiet.
The hotel’s proximity to the train station meant a short walk, and the welcome was friendly. It was quiet despite its central location, and the toiletries were excellent with a lovely shower. The only downside was the view from my window.
