“Mysigt hotell med centralt läge. Bra parkering.”

The breakfast was pleasant and the staff friendly, and the hotel is within walking distance of the city center. However, the reception could have been better staffed; there was no one there in the morning or evening, and the key was returned through a hole in the wall.

The location offers good bus connections, but the interior needs renovation, the shower has mold, the carpet is spotted, the furniture looks very old, the door lock system is outdated with only one key, and towels had to be requested again.

“Wir kommen nicht wieder”

The receptionist was friendly, even after the late check‑in time, yet the entrance feels creepy; you can only access the paid underground parking or a narrow exit that leads to three dimly lit spots, and the hotel’s front is at the corner. The building and rooms are extremely outdated, the shower head was heavily calcified making the morning shower unpleasant, the shower seams were moldy, and opening the doors was a painful ordeal. We missed breakfast, the bed was mediocre, and our room on the second floor faced the main street. Wi‑Fi was supposedly available, but our room was too far out, so we had no connection, which was frustrating. Only four TV channels were offered, and after the shower we realized we had just two towels and no bath towels, though the 2‑in‑1 shower gel and shampoo were pleasant.
