The cottage is close to the Kudłacze shelter. It’s spacious, with a kids’ play corner that’s a plus. The house is in order but needs some touch‑ups: the bathtub frame is loose, the curtain rod needs tightening, there were no dishwasher tablets or kitchen cloths. The entrance gate wouldn’t close, so you have to watch children because the house is on the road. Sauna and jacuzzi are extra charges.

The house sits 10 km from Pcim Centrum on a hill. The drive is a bit steep but reachable; the entrance is a sharp turn so watch out. Parking is available on the property in front of the door. The living room with kitchen is on the ground floor, plus two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a sauna, a play area, and a balcony. From the living room you go straight onto a huge terrace with seating and a covered whirlpool. Heating/cooling is probably best via the six air‑conditioners, all controlled by remote. Internet isn’t great; the maximum is 15 mbits, nothing more. Everything is cheap and convenient. It’s on a narrow road that leads up the hill and is quite busy, but that didn’t bother us much because we used it as a base for sightseeing 80 % of the time. Contact via WhatsApp was very pleasant, quick, and hassle‑free. The cleaning crew lives next door, friendly and helpful. We’ll be back next year. Thanks!

Spacious and clean apartment. The grill was dirty, the espresso machine was dirty, the plot was overgrown with weeds, the cottage sits on a frequently used road, and there were no sun loungers.

What we booked as an apartment turned out to be an entire house on top of the mountain with a small private yard and an absolutely breathtaking terrace overlooking the mountains. The jacuzzi on the terrace was amazing and made our stay even more special. The house is beautifully furnished and very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We spent two wonderful days here and truly enjoyed every moment. We will definitely come back again — this place is absolutely fantastic

A big, clean house with a beautiful mountain view, sauna, jacuzzi, and a barbecue area – everything was super. I liked everything.
