The best thing about this place was its location. The rooms, however, were extremely minimal; they only provide the bare minimum, so don’t expect any extra service.

We booked a king room with a whirlpool, but the front desk handed us a regular room instead; we had to visit the front office three times to get it corrected, yet no staff were present. The showers only had warm water, and the curtain rod was loose. The patio door wouldn’t stay locked because its locking device was detached from the wall. There were no outlet covers by the foot of the bed, and the bathroom ceiling tile was water‑logged and about to fall.

Hot water was missing, and although the staff promised to fix it, nothing was ever done. We couldn’t shower, ruining our entire trip, and we will never stay here again. I’ve stayed in quality hotels across the U.S. for work and pleasure for most of my life, and this place was despicable; they should not be allowed to betray their reputation as a quality hotel.

The location, friendliness, respect, and helpfulness were all great. The only downside was that there were no closets or a clock.

The room was clean and comfortable, looking newly renovated, and I loved the creek that ran through it; the location was great. There wasn’t much toilet paper on the roll, and parking in the lot was difficult. They double‑charged me for the pet fee, and I’m still fighting them over it. It’s ridiculous that they deny the double charge when I have proof on my card statement that I was double booked.
