I dealt with a bathroom drainage blockage that lasted for two days, and even after asking for it to be fixed, nothing was done.

The lady in the breakfast area was very helpful; she asked about our overall experience, apologized for our terrible stay, and was sweet, yet she seemed unhappy working at such a pathetic place. The property was in Shabi condition, with guests blasting loud music in the rooms and no staff intervening; I called the manager multiple times to ask him to lower the volume at night, but they kept singing, dancing, and playing loud music until midnight, with men dancing and using abusive language, creating an unsafe atmosphere on the whole floor. The hotel was dirty and looked like a cheap place with safety issues; if you’re a woman traveling, I would never recommend staying here. The fourth serve was rotten, and when I complained to the lady at reception—who was supposed to be the manager—she didn’t care at all; she only seemed concerned about taking the money.
