It was a nice experience, but there was no soap holder near the wash basin.

The rooms felt cramped, there was no hot water, parking was a hassle, and even though we paid for four people, the hotel charged us for a fourth bottle of drinking water.

Absolutely nothing to recommend; parking was cramped, the valet demanded a tip, the bedsheets were torn, there was no hot water at night, and at Paralkel parking I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to move the car behind ours.

The staff were friendly, the location was convenient, and the on‑site restaurant was good, but we had to call for help to get a non‑functional TV fixed.
