“One issue after another”

The exterior was clean and the front desk and after‑hours call line were friendly. However, our first room wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived, though I’m not one to complain about minor things. Then we found a huge mold spot right above the door, which is concerning for a family with two small children. We tried to enjoy the rest of our stay, but when we wanted to relax and watch a show at night the shower head burst, sending water everywhere. I called the hotel, and someone helped me and said they couldn’t fix it until tomorrow. I agreed to wait until early morning. The next day, the front office told me I’d have to switch rooms because maintenance might take too long on the shower. So we had to pack up again and move to a new room. In the new room there was no TV cable, the shower head still looked like it might fall apart, popcorn was falling from the ceiling, and there was visible mold around the edges.

“Perfect location for a family event”

The location, staff, cleanliness and bedding were all good, and breakfast was a treat with great selections and pleasant staff. The decor and surfaces looked worn and a bit dated.

Comfortable beds, enough room for everyone, pumps of shampoo, body wash, conditioner in shower, kind receptionist. No microwave, maybe another couple towels

“Good stay to visit with my dad.”

The place felt nice, stayed clean, and was in a quiet, convenient suburban spot. I was right by the elevator, so I could hear people coming and going, and the front area only had a single comfortable chair.
