“Cómodo y lindo, falta servicio al cliente”
The place is very pretty and has more facilities. The staff could have been friendlier to guests.
“Tranquilidad”
The service, the delicious breakfast, and the place were great. The service was still a bit lacking.
“Buen lugar”
The hotel offered an excellent experience with great service, staff, and location. However, it lacked a restaurant on site but had nearby food delivery options. Unfortunately, the shower water was not warm.
“Deben mejorar muchas cosas”
The location is good. The room smelled bad, the towels were stiff and rough, the pool was full of insects, and there was no soap in the rooms. At breakfast time we had to set up the table ourselves to fit everyone.
Unfortunately, the hotel fell short of expectations, with a disappointing stay that was marred by a neglected atmosphere and unclean beds. The guest was not pleased with their experience. The hotel's condition was a major letdown.
